O Indivíduo na Cultura Produtiva: repensando a dimensão ética/educativa no contexto do trabalho

IdentidadeAbstract
ABSTRACT – The article outstands the difficulty of the productive culture in valor-izing the individual personal identity beyond the professional dimension. Kohlberg, Heller, Piaget, Vygotsky, Dewey, Habermas and Resende bring theoretical reflections on competencies currently highlighted as essential for personal and organizational survival. The confrontation between the individual and the labor market, full of uncer-tainties, where self-building includes an educational process to overcome the already consecrated instrumental ways of action in behalf of the reciprocity logics is analyzed. Conclusions show that capital dominating ways valorize the individual as he/she should be. In this sense, subjectivity is under-valorized and attributing to the individ-ual the responsibility of self-developing and expressing his/her competencies means not considering labor environment as an educational one.
Descriptors – Identity; labor; ethical/educational dimension.
