Abstract

Three different lipids sources were tested in feed for fingerling jundiá Rhamdia quelen. Inclusion experimental levels were 5 and 10 % for canol oil, 5 and 10 % for soybean oil, and 5 and 10 % for pig fat. Twenty fingerlings were used in each treatment where fish were stocked in a closed recirculation system for 45 days. Carcass composition had increase in all fish fed with 10 % of canol oil, soybean, and pig fat. It was also observed better carcass efficiency in fish fed with 5 % of pig fat and canol oil.
