Abstract

The present study emerges from a qualitative research entitled “Professional Formation in a educational critical perspective: mobilizing political-pedagogic mediations in classroom” carried out by the Research and Study Group in Professional Formation in Social Work – NEFESS – from Faculty of Social Work, PUCRS. This study had the support of Research Aid Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul – FAPERGS. It presents the results of this investigation which worked with professors from three Schools of Social Work in Rio Grande do Sul and based on documents’ analysis of programs from disciplines lectured on graduation courses in Social Work, seeking to analyze how it is build political pedagogic mediations in the process of teaching and learning in Social Work directed to a critical perspective formation.
