Abstract

This article is a reflection through which it is sought to discuss how relations of knowledge-power participate in the process of subjectivization of the Health professionals being formed and of the daily life praxis, and how the concepts of gender, as institutionalized truths and local truths, circulate in social relations among the different Health professionals. It notes limits and possibilities to constitute a new act on Health. It becomes evident the need to integrate to the scientific discourse of the professional, the ethical discourse, making them vigilant of their social relations within the work circle.
