Reflections on the crime of bagatelle

Abstract

This research work aims to analyze the crime of dab in the light of doctrine and jurisprudence. Analyzes how difficult it is to consider as a crime or insignificant trifle, considering that this research is often characterized by a strong subjectivism. We mention some understandings of scholars who have faced this issue, as is that case law of courts in this respect, being here emphasize the effort in this context to be set some vectors to identify crime as a trifle or insignificant.
