State’s liability in the face of natural disasters

The present study is to examine the scope, through arguments doctrinal, jurisprudential and normative accountability of state against damages to victims of natural disasters. The choice of This theme is based on legal and social importance that the topic brings surface. Given this, the intention is to draw an initial overview, addressing the question of liability, its origins and its aspects, to achieved, then the liability of the state, its evolution, its boundaries and contours, the relevant standards that underlie this form of liability in order to finally compare it with the current issue of natural disasters, their effects last, its differentiated ways to reach the population and the consequent harm done to these administered, which raises the question of the right to compensation, severance and / or compensation for damages and has behaved as a case in these particular cases.Downloads
