Abstract

Convoking the ideas of the first paragraph of the book The Human Condition, the text purposes understand the Law as promoting alternative of the human condition, without that she is being manipulated by the economy and by the politics. It means to establish a notion of the human being and an imperative of conduct. The meaning of the utilitarianism of negative form gives the basis of performance of each person in front of the others coexistent, always considering the routes printed in the Human Laws.
