Empreendedorismo social: estudo de caso de três organizações gaúchas
Abstract
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as dificuldades encontradas em três organizações gaúchas em suas ações sociais junto à comunidade. A revisão bibliográfica sinaliza que as empresas vêm atuando de forma cada vez mais estratégica na área social. Contudo, em sua relação com o setor social, elas enfrentam múltiplas dificuldades de ordem econômica e legal relacionadas à gestão. Para a consecução deste trabalho, foi estudado casos múltiplos de natureza qualitativa e modelo exploratório. Foram realizadas entrevistas com os gestores sociais das três organizações pesquisadas, para confirmar se o que a literatura aponta como dificuldade vem, de fato, sendo percebido pelas empresas nas suas práticas sociais junto às comunidades. Concluiu-se que algumas das dificuldades já foram superadas pelas empresas estudadas. Outras dificuldades ainda continuam entravando o desenvolvimento de ações sociais: carência de informações estruturadas e confiáveis sobre o setor social; dificuldade de gerenciar o trabalho voluntário; desconfiança entre os atores e instituição, no que se refere à formação de parcerias envolvendo o Estado, o setor privado e o terceiro setor; ausência da cultura de avaliação e falta de recursos humanos qualificados.

Abstract
This article presents the goal of analyzing the difficulties found in three organizations from Rio Grande do Sul in their social actions along with the community. The bibliography review signals that the companies have been acting more and more strategically along with the social field. However, in their relation with the social sector, they face multiple difficulties of economic and legal order, related to management. To the consecution of this work, a multiple case strategy of qualitative nature and exploratory model was carried through. Equally, deep interviews were made with the social managers of the studied three organizations in order to confirm if what the literature points out as difficulties has, in fact, been realized by the companies in their social practices along with the communities. The research concludes that some of the difficulties were already overcome by the studied companies. However, great part of the difficulties continues representing an obstacle to the development of social actions.
