The public intervetion on the children’s labour work: a reflexion about the reality of Teresina - PI, after 1988
Abstract
In this text, they come the results of a research that he/she had as objective verifies in that measured the constitutional changes introduced in the field of the social politics and in the conception of childhood they contributed to the structuring of actions tackling infantile labour, that you/they broke up with the model previous of treatment of the subject. The research had as starting point the understanding of the discovery of the feeling of childhood, expert as the conscience of the infantile particularity, being evidenced, since then, that the precocious work is linked to the conditions of life of the popular layers.. Taking as empiric base, the actions configured in Teresina (PI), in the period from 1992 to 2003, it was verified that the constitutional changes engendered actions that signaled a new treatment of the infantile work, without, however, to manifest a clear strategy, that if they directed for a cash politics combats and eradication of that work, a reality that, besides the municipal level, it is evidenced, equally, in national extent.Key words – Childhood.
