The Volunteer Body, the solidarity and social policies
Abstract
This article tries to do a reflection on the character given in the days today, to the theme volunteerism and the solidarity in relation to the social politics, as well as on the State and the civil society. It is verified that there is a responsibility of several sections of the civil society, above all a summons to the people's largest participation in the combat to the poverty and the social inequality. Like this, the loss of rights is the challenge that should be overcome by those that drift and they execute the social politics is necessary that some social politics are thought and executed for besides the sphere of the existent informal nets in the society, the moral concept of the solidarity and the one of the right in relation to the social politics is two concepts that at the present time are interlaced, in some moments they are contradictory, but the humanity cannot give up them. This maybe is one of the utopia that she should pursue, tends the conscience that one cannot expect social justice only of the State and either only of the civil society. It is necessary that these two spheres build this utopian challenge that it is affirmative of the life and transcend the discussion regarding the good and of the evil, above all that can propitiate the development of the exercise of the citizenship.Key words – Voluntariado.
