Organizations of Civilian society of Public interest: space for coping with the social issue through social policies?

Abstract

The article presents the Brazilian context since 90’s decade, an implementation period of the economics politics of neoliberal theoretical format, making dynamic the discussion through indicators that demonstrate the social reality, triggering off in the discussion of the relationship among State, market and Civil Society. It is discussed the institutional rearrangement of the social relationships through the “new” organizations which have emerged in the democratic State by the protection of the market’s economy. The debate that is situated on Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (OSCIP) with the possibilities of facing up to the social questions through social policies.
