Abstract

The present article shows the results of scientific iniciation research. The objetive of this research was to identify and to relate which are the elements of social management used for organizations that develop social services and are localizated in São Miguel do Oeste city, Santa Catarina State, Brazil. The research scientific was of quali-quantitative nature. A questionnaire was apllyed using enclose and open questions; the sample was of accessibility and convenience mode and the universe researching was of 30 ONGS (Third Sector Organizations). The research was about the managers of these organizations. It was constateted that anyone of this organizations use the elements of the social management (planning, management, quality control and evaluation). The no use of these elements, become the situation in a risk of efficiency and the efficacy and can not to cause impact in the projects and programs development of the socials organizations researched. It’s necessary the elaboration of assistance and consulting projects to attend the researcheds organizations, to relation in the social management. The Social Service could be the responsible for the projects mentioneds.
