The trade union in Latin America

This paper aims to understand the main causes of the crisis currently experienced by the trade union within Latin America. Starts with a brief historical introduction, treating of the origin of the trade union, as the trade union freedom. After it analyzes the nature of trade union freedom, the trade union functions, to finally enter the crisis currently prevailing in most Latin American countries, dealing specifically the origin of the problem. Finally, it concludes with some suggestions for overcoming the aforementioned time.References
