O “discurso da vida saudável” na cultura organizacional: a subjetividade dos sujeitos em foco

The contemporary organization, from the new technological paradigm, begins to demand other ways of living and working, and also new ways of management, where the mobilization of individual´s subjectivity becomes central. In this speech, having agility, being capable of accepting rapid changes and giving itself to the organization are mandatory. Being healthy and in a good shape also become needs in the work’s environment, and it is the individual’s responsibility to be or not to be (Freitas, 2007). This research aimed to identify this comprehensions and actions about health, based on a physical activity’s program, which is a part of an enterprise’s quality of life program. As results, it has been verified that people assume for themselves the responsibility about their health status, talk about the failure’s guilt, they associate thinness to health, speed and physical performance, strengthening the cultural´s influence of this new market world, which demands constant adaptability.Downloads
