O origami tripolar, o bonsai econômico e o orçamento familiar
Abstract
Neo-estruturalismo. Modelos multissetoriais.
Abstract
Attempting to challenge the traditional way of modeling the economic system, which is based on the two dimensional circular flow of income, this article suggests that the approach based on the social accounting matrix is a more powerful reference. This reference is directed both to the beginner and those concerned with the creation and evaluation of economic policy. Considering firms as producers and households as factors owners and absorbers of production, the suggested model recognizes the traditional goods and factors markets which link the poles of production and absorption. Contrasting with the traditional model, here the political market is brought into the picture, so that the receipt of income by institutions is put in opposition to the real flow of the remittance of property rights by institutions to the factors market.
Key words: Circular flow of income. Neo-structuralism. Mutissectoral models.
