Exclusão social e atividade produtiva: a dinâmica socioeconômica dos Coredes do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul
Abstract
A exclusão social abrange diferentes expressões e define- se a partir da situação e do momento político, econômico e social de cada local ou região onde ocorra. Em paralelo à existência de exclusão social, têm-se os movimentos da atividade produtiva que, para evoluir, necessita de um conjunto de ajustes e de mudanças científicas e tecnológicas que, muitas vezes, são responsáveis pelo aumento da própria expressão de exclusão social. O presente texto tem por objetivo: pontuar aspectos teóricos para a compreensão do significado de exclusão social; observar o perfil da atividade produtiva dos Conselhos Regionais de Desenvolvimento do Rio Grande do Sul; apontar a dimensão da exclusão social nesses Coredes e sinalizar sua demanda por políticas sociais; e, por fim, concluir com alguma orientação de recorte de políticas sociais.

Abstract
Social exclusion encompasses different meanings and is defined from a particular situation of political economic and social instances of specific regions. Besides social exclusion, movements of the productive activity can be observed, but, in order to evolve, they need an ensemble of technological and political changes. These are often responsible, in their turn, for the increase in social exclusion itself. The present paper aims at pointing out the theoretical aspects associated with the meaning of social exclusion, observe the profile of Coredes’ productive activities, point to a dimension of social exclusion in these regions, and indicate their demand for the design of social policies and, to conclude, to suggest some possibilities of implementing social policies.
