Débora Rinaldi, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.

Sociologist, PhD in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Currently, she is a postdoctoral fellow and collaborating professor at the School of Business and the Postgraduate Program in Development Economics at PUCRS.

Priscila Queirolo Susin, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.

Psychologist, PhD in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Currently, she works as a researcher at the HFactors center, is a professor in the postgraduate course in Human Factors and Operational Safety at PUCRS and a consultant at the company Human Energy.
