PhD in Political Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He is currently a professor at the School of Humanities and the Postgraduate Program in Sociology and Political Science at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).

Luis Gustavo Mello Grohmann, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil.

PhD in Political Science from the University Research Institute of Rio de Janeiro (IUPERJ). He is currently a professor in the Department of Political Science and in the Postgraduate Program in Political Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
