This research is checking the relation between the environmental conditions and the numbers of mosquitos at the Uruguaiana town –RS. Parallely, the entomologic and geographic data were analyzed, originating from the Health and Environment Municipal Ministry, Environment Directorship, from the of July 1997 to February 2004. The geographic location varies among the 472 BR and mainly urban zones, like districts near the town centre and the International Customs House Station (EADI – Dry Port).
