Author Biographies

Carina Silva Fragozo, PUCRS

She holds a degree in Languages from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2007) and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the same university (2010). Nowadays, she teaches English in High School and English for Specific Purposes in a Technical Course. She is interested in the following topics: FL teaching, acquisition of English as a FL, Sociolinguistics, cognitive approaches related to FL acquisition, English phonetics and phonology and acoustic phonetics.

Jaqueline Silva Fragozo Campos, PUCRS

She graduated in Languages from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2006) and is a specialist in English Teaching (Faculdades Porto-Alegrenses). She has been teaching for seven years both in regular schools and in language courses.
