Abstract

The present article seeks to analyze the current dynamics of power relations in the Brazilian legal-political field, questioning the current historical environment with the reversal proposal of the classic thesis of Clausewitz (“War is nothing more than the continuation of politics by other means”) that Michel Foucault performs (“politics is war continued by other means”), as well as investigating the Brazilian context marked by fanaticism in political polarization and its relation to the criminalization of politics.
