This paper explores the immunitary paradigm introduced by Roberto Esposito in the study of political philosophy. His scientific premises, his analysis of the nazi biopolitical experience, his concern with the current global autoimmune crisis and his proposal of how to overcome the immunitary paradigm through an affirmative biopolitics are explained. The study is a result of a qualitative approach, performed through literature reviews (focusing on his book Bíos: biopolitics and philosophy), and with an exploratory and explanatory arrangement.References
