Múltiplos cistos do complexo maxilo-mandibular: revista de literatura e relato de um caso não-sindrômico
Abstract
A ocorrência de múltiplos cistos odontogênicos em um mesmo paciente não é comum, e quando presente, está geralmente associada a síndromes como a de Gorlin-Goltz. Por isso, outras possíveis manifestações devem ser investigadas para excluir tal possibilidade. O presente caso clínico refere-se a um paciente não sindrômico apresentando três lesões císticas extensas no complexo maxilo-mandibular, tratado através de marsupialização seguida de enucleação.

SUMMARY
The occurrence of multiple odontogenic cysts in a same patient is not common, and when present, generally, it is associated to syndromes as the one of Gorlin-Goltz. Multiple cystic lesions of the maxillaries are a common discovery in sindromic patient and, that, other possible manifestations should be investigated to exclude such possibility. The present clinical case refers to a non syndromic patient presenting three extensive cystic lesions in the maxilary complex, agreement through decompression and posterior enucleation of the lesions.
