The concept of distributive justice in Marx and the forms of its realization in History

Abstract

This paper analyses, on the basis of the Hegelian method of logical analysis of historical processes, the concept of distributive justice and the different forms of its realization in history, as they were proposed by Marx in the Critique of the Gotha Program. Initially, the paper presents the just mentioned Hegelian method. After, the paper exposes the Marxian concept of distributive justice. Following, the paper examines, in the terms of that method, the historical forms of realization of the concept of distributive justice identified and characterized by Marx. Finally, the paper considers the practical consequences of that analysis for any political action that deliberately aims at a transformation of one of those historical forms.
