As Origens dos Livros de Samuel: Status Quaestionis

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta as hipóteses sobre a formação dos livros de Samuel e discute sobretudo a pertença de 1-2Samuel à História Deuteronomista e a origem da História da Sucessão. A história da pesquisa diacrônica sobre 1-2Samuel até a sua situação atual, na sua pluralidade de correntes e opiniões, é posta em evidência e avaliada. A conclusão é a de que, apesar da falta de consenso entre os estudiosos, a pesquisa diacrônica sobre as origens de 1-2Samuel desvelaram muitos aspectos importantes destes livros e que este tipo de pesquisa continua sendo necessário.
